Put the cheese, cider, mustard, butter and Worcestershire sauce into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until you have a smooth cream, which can take a little time as the ingredients take a while to blend together.Pour the 'cream' over the bread, lay the tomato slices on top, and pop the dish under the preheated grill until the toasted breads are browned and sizzling.
